The SCIAA Middle School Baseball & Softball Championship Tournament will be held next week at Kennedy Park (4575 Raleigh Lagrange Rd, Memphis, TN 38128).
The first round of games begins at 4:00 and 5:30 Monday, May 11th. The second round of games will be played Tuesday with the Championship Games played Wednesday May 13th. Game dates and times may be subject to change due to weather and field conditions.
We have had a trying season with all of the spring rain but I want to commend all of our coaches, they rescheduled and played every game on the schedule!! With the rain the Mid-South received this spring, this is a commendable feat.
Competing in the Small Schools Division Softball will be: Bellevue, Georgian Hills, STEAM Academy, J.P. Freeman, A. Maceo Walker, MAHS, Oakhaven, and Sherwood. Competing in the Small Schools Division Baseball will be: Bellevue, Georgian Hills, Treadwell, A. Maceo Walker, Kingsbury, Southside, MAHS, and Oakhaven.
Competing in the Large Schools Division Softball will be: White Station, Cordova, Kate Bond, Germantown, Ridgeway, Hickory Ridge, Havenview, and Highland Oaks. Competing in the Large Schools Division Baseball will be: Kate Bond, Craigmont, Colonial, Germantown, Highland Oaks, Havenview, Hickory Ridge, and Ridgeway.
