Kevin Jones a senior at Trezevant High School was the recipient of the 10th Annual John “Bull” Bramlett Award on December 28, 2013 named after he former University of Memphis standout and all pro NFL linebacker. The selection was made by the Memphis Area FCA and is given annually to the high school football player in Shelby County “who best exemplifies excellence on the field, as well as high character, integrity and godliness off the field”.
As a dominant presence on both sides of the field for Trezevant, Kevin Jones helped lead his team to the state semifinals with a record of 12-2. He was also selected to play in the AutoZone Liberty Bowl High School All Star game. Jones not only excels in football he is active in his community as a youth representative for the Frayser Neighborhood Council and serves as a junior deacon and Sunday School teacher at his church. Congratulations to Mr. Kevin Jones on receiving such a wonderful honor!
